Four French nano labs receive Carnot label

Abstract:
French Department of Education and Research announced that twenty French laboratories have received the label "Carnot." Four of the labs investigate nanotechnology and nanosciences: FEMTO (Nanometrology, Nanostructured Materials), IEMN (Materials and Nanostructures Physics), LAAS (Nanosystems, Nanobiotechnologies, Nanolithography), and LETI (Nanoelectronics).
