Purdue set to help drive India's economic engine

Abstract:
The economy of India is on a fast track toward becoming red hot. And there is a good possibility Purdue University could be included in the future growth of high-tech, health care and sophisticated manufacturing in the country that has the world's fourth largest economy and a population of 1.1 billion.

"Nanotechnology, biotechnology - there are different areas we can work together on," Dalal said. "There are a lot of opportunities to work together."
