Beta-Carotene in Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract:
AIST has encapsulated beta-carotene in HiPco single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). AIST has confirmed that the stability of beta-carotene is greatly improved when encapsulated in carbon naotubes.
