Dr. David Lemberg, Executive Producer of "Science and Society" announces the show schedule for Wednesday, 02/08/06, 1PM to 2PM Pacific.

- Dr. Lisa Randall, Professor of Theoretical Physics, Harvard University, and author of “Warped Passages: Unraveling the Mysteries of the Universe’s Hidden Dimensions”
- Jack Uldrich, President, The NanoVeritas Group
- Dr. Jim Spohrer, Director, Almaden Services Research, IBM Almaden Research Center
Professor Randall discusses her brilliant new book, “Warped Passages”, which was included in The New York Times list of 100 notable books of 2005. We’ll talk about extra dimensions, string theory, “what we mean by theory”, and exciting new developments in physics and what they mean for us in our day-to-day living.
Mr. Uldrich discusses his new book, “Investing in Nanotechnology: Think Small, Win Big”.
