Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the United States, is pleased to announce that seven attorneys have been promoted to shareholders.
Amir N. Penn focuses his practice on procuring IP rights in the fields of semiconductors, nanotechnology, software related technology, medical devices and telecommunications and on managing patent portfolios including the preparation, prosecution and supervision of patent applications from filing to issuance.
