Sofia, Bulgaria | Posted on January 17, 2006
BudgetSensors®, a Bulgarian manufacturer of silicon and silicon nitride probes for Atomic Force Microscopes (AFM) announces the launch of a new product type - the BS-Gold Series.
The BS-Gold Series are silicon AFM probes for Tapping Mode, Force Modulation Mode and Contact Mode, covered with a 70 nm thick gold coating.
The gold coating is available in two options: as a reflexive coating only on the back side of the cantilever, or as an overall coating, covering front- and backside of the cantilever.
This new gold coating enhances the laser reflectivity of each AFM probe and is suitable for various special applications.
