Keithley Recognizes 60 Year Milestone of Innovation
Abstract:
Keithley Instruments, Inc. (NYSE:KEI), a leader in solutions for emerging measurement needs, is celebrating this year its 60th year of innovation. Founded in 1946, Keithley today has expanded its measurement portfolio far beyond its patented sensitive DC measurement capabilities to now include additions to its product line with RF (radio frequency) and pulse measurement technologies.
