Applied Nanotech starts production of lighting device
Abstract:
Applied Nanotech Inc. has partnered with Shimane Masuda Electronics Co. Ltd. to start pilot production of a carbon nanotube-based lighting device. The two companies will make a carbon nanotube-based backlight and 25-inch television.
