NT-MDT Co. Awarded Holy Alexander Nevsky Order

Posted on December 08, 2005

In October 2005 NT-MDT Co. was awarded the Holy Alexander Nevsky order in the "Composition for success" nomination for its great contribution to nanotechnology development in Russia. Information about this event was published in the almanac "Russia, Moscow Pervoprestolnaya" and broadcast by central and regional mass media.

3rd SPM Platform
Achieving its main goal to create and expand the Russian instrumental base for nanotechnology, NT-MDT has launched the third SPM platform - Probe NanoLaboratory NTEGRA. This unique measuring system operates with nanometer resolution and includes a Scanning Probe Microscope conjoined with high resolution optics, tomography methods, Raman spectroscopy and other modern equipment. NanoFab is a new company product. This is a multichamber HV system which allows creating and modifying semiconductor materials, manufacturing microelectronic device components and carrying out complete analysis by many methods of probe and beaming microscopy.
