Oxygen boosts nanotube growth
Abstract:
Researchers from Stanford University, US, have found that adding oxygen to the gas mixture during plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) boosts the growth of vertical arrays of single-walled carbon nanotubes. The arrays could have applications in thermal management and electronics.
