Abstract:
Applied Thin Films Inc. (ATFI), a privately held company developing nanoscale-designed ceramic materials and thin films, announced today at NanoCommerce & SEMI NanoForum that it has received government contracts valued over $3M over a period of three years with Department of Defense being the primary sponsor.
