Russian army to adopt new-generation communications system
Abstract:
"We cannot afford to stand still today," Colonel General Yevgeny Karpov said. "The existing communications system should be changed into a digital one, and we could eventually switch to nanotechnology."
(Ed.'s note: Huh? Appears that the writer forgot to elaborate on the nanotech connection, leaving readers to wonder what the General meant.)
