Senate approves $15M in nanotech funding
Abstract:
The U.S. Senate has approved a bill that includes $15 million in new funding for nanotechnology research for a consortium of Texas schools.
The consortium comprises the University of Texas campuses in Austin, Arlington, Brownsville, Dallas and Edinburg, as well as the University of Houston and Rice University. It is called the Strategic Partnership for Research in Nanotechnology, or SPRING.
