Nanotechnology's big potential
Abstract:
Researchers at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry are drilling down to the level of molecules and atoms to develop a better filling. The hope, lead researcher Paulette Spencer said, is that a new adhesive that bonds with the tooth at the molecular level can be found through an emerging, and often overhyped, field: nanotechnology.
