Gary Chapman is director of The 21st Century Project and a member of the faculty at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, the graduate school of public policy at the University of Texas at Austin. The 21st Century Project is a research and education program on science and technology policy, with a special emphasis on the social implications of developments in advanced technologies.
