Nanomaterials laboratory tries to remove obstacles

Abstract:
Candace Stuart: Scott McNeil had no problem equipping the facility when he took the reins of the Nanomaterials Characterization Laboratory last year. The National Cancer Institute selected McNeil and his company, SAIC-Frederick, to oversee the lab and its operations. The NCI's Alliance for Nanotechnology in Cancer added the lab to its five-year initiative to provide support for companies and researchers using nanomaterials in cancer treatments and diagnostics.
