Abstract:
A workshop on “X-Rays and Neutrons: Essential Tools for Nanoscience Research” was held in Washington, D.C., on June 16-17, 2005. The workshop brought together top researchers from academia, national laboratories, and industry to brainstorm on what neutrons and x-rays can do for nanoscience research and to discuss what will be necessary to transform their ideas from concepts into reality.
