Bruker AXS Launches Affordable New LynxEye(TM) 1D-Detector
Abstract:
At the 2005 Denver X-ray Conference, Bruker AXS today launches its novel LynxEye detector for higher speed and higher resolution X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) measurements than possible with traditional so-called 'point' detectors.
