Albany NanoTech prof receives $150K GE grant
Abstract:
(Fatemeh Shahedipour-Sandvik, an assistant professor of nanoengineering at the state university's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering) has received a $150,000 grant from GE Global Research to develop semiconductor materials for next-generation devices used in lighting and electronics.
