IEST Fall Conference 2005

The Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST) will hold its annual Fall Conference November 13-16, 2005 at the Hyatt Regency Woodfield in Schaumburg, Illinois (near Chicago O'Hare International Airport). The meeting will include working group sessions to develop IEST Recommended Practices, as well as a variety of educational classes covering issues related to cleanrooms and controlled environments.
Three new working groups, Nanotechnology, Recommended Actions Following Disruptions in Cleanroom Operations, and Methods of Cleaning Cleanrooms and Equipment, will be meeting for the first time at the IEST Fall Conference. Members of existing IEST Working Groups and other interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend these new working group meetings, where the latest Recommended Practices will be discussed and developed. Join other industry professionals who exchange ideas and make recommendations on vital industry needs.

Other potential working groups may include: Cleanroom Lighting Fixtures, Printing on Cleanroom Paper Substrates, In-situ Testing of Fan Filter Units in Cleanrooms, Cleanroom Vacuum Cleaning Systems, Ability of Cleanroom Wiping Products to Clean, Installation of Production Equipment, Aerospace Optics, Foreign Object Debris/Damage, and Noise from Auto Airbags.
