The Canadian NanoBusiness Alliance (CNBA) is proud to participate in the Defence Research and Development Canada Symposium on Disruptive S&T Concepts for the New Military. Neil Gordon’s presentation on “Nanotechnology for Military Applications” can be downloaded here.

CNBA is actively involved in nanotechnology initiatives in Canada and across the globe. Aerospace and defense participation includes:

  • CANEUS, a NASA-led initiative between multiple government agencies in the US and allied countries, and the private sector to develop standards, prototypes and collaborative investments in Micro and Nano Technologies (MNTs) for aerospace applications (www.caneus.org) and
  • TATRC, the US Army’s Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) - Integrated Research Team on Bio-Medical Nanoscience (link)
