EuroNanoForum 2005

Abstract:
Building on the success of EuroNanoForum2003, the Institute of Nanotechnology is organizing a four day international conference and forum, running from Tuesday 6th September to Friday 9th September 2005 focusing on ‘Nanotechnology and the Health of the EU Citizen in 2020’ in Edinburgh, Scotland. Registration will take place on Monday 5th September from 12:00 until 20:00.

This major European conference will focus on the healthcare applications of nanotechnology - an acknowledged area of strength in Europe. The event will bring together an international audience of speakers and delegates to discuss how nanotechnology and biotechnology, material sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, electronics and information technology can address the healthcare issues of the future.

EuroNanoForum2005 is expected to be the focal event for the European nanotechnology community in 2005 with almost 100 international speakers in total and an expected audience of up to 1000 delegates.
