Patent Attorney Prewitt to Join Portland Office of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt

Patent attorney Steven Prewitt joins Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt as an associate in the firm’s Portland office, further growing the firm’s expertise serving life science and technology clients.
Prewitt adds to Schwabe’s nanotechnology and microtechnology law practice group, the first of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. Another recent addition to this 20-lawyer practice group, Andrew Barofsky, joined in September 2004.
“With the current addition of Steve, and recent addition of Andrew, Schwabe continues to grow its patent and IP services for Northwest life science and technology companies,” said Al AuYeung, shareholder and co-chair of Schwabe’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and its Nanotechnology and Microtechnology Practice Group.
