Nanotechnology Has a Big Future in Medicine, Materials, Food Science
Abstract:
David Tomanek, a physics professor at Michigan State University, said the future demands nanotechnology, which he defined as "self-assembly at the atomic level."
"Nanotechnology wants to imitate the method of nature. Like a flower seed, we put it into the ground, put water, and beautiful flowers come out. We wish the computer to self-assemble that way," Tomanek said.
