Japan, India to tie up on communications technology
Abstract:
With the aim of becoming the world leaders in information technology, Japan and India are to establish a forum to jointly develop an ultrafast, large-volume communications technology through cooperation between the governments, industries and academic circles of the two countries.
The joint communique also will contain a statement of intent to conduct joint research on internationally competitive biotechnology and nanotechnology
