Using nanotechnology to learn from nature

Abstract:
Journalist William Atkinson spoke on Nanotechnology: a new base for national and global economy. He gave the 12th Annual Shewfelt Lecture for Albert College at The Empire Theatre.

“Science is too important to be left to scientists in the same way as war is too important to be left to generals,” said Atkinson. “When scientists move from their own area they become lay citizens. I bring recent discoveries to fellow Canadians. Nanotechnology will bring a revolution in everything.”
