Development agency thinks small
Abstract:
Tompkins County community leaders on Wednesday got a glimpse of a future where smaller will be better.
As Cornell University professor Melissa Hines explained at the Tompkins County Area Development annual meeting, local nanotechnology research could help contribute to breakthroughs in areas as diverse as improved cell phone design to testing for biohazards like anthrax.
