Nano-technology makes phone resistant to germs
Abstract:
With winter quickly rushing up on us, most are making the dash for the pharmacy for flu remedies, vaccinations and capsules. However, LG Electronics has found a unique way to battle the onset of flu this year.
The LG F2400 will be the first local phone to be fitted with silver nano-particle anti-bacterial coating. "LG Electronics pioneered Nano-technology over five years ago integrating it into their fridges, washing machines and other kitchen appliances, and have now made the logical move into mobile phones," says YJ Khang, Managing Director of LG Electronics South Africa.
