Symposium to focus on microsystems sector
Abstract:
By one measure, Michigan now ranks No. 5 in the nation when it comes to microsystems and nanotechnology research and commerce, encouraging some to believe those technologies could breathe new life into the state's ailing manufacturing industries.
Next week's Emerging Industry Symposium at the University of Michigan will examine that issue and others centered on the business realities of those fields.
