Computer Gospel, According to Zinox
Abstract:
Mr. Chris Uwaje in his presentation titled "Technophobia, Nano-Technologies and e-Education" rattled the participants, sending significant vibrating currents on the shapes of things to come in the emerging knowledge society!
"The mission of this presentation is to recognise the fear of Technology (Technophobia) as a great impediment to understanding, applying and effectively using technology for development. Above all, it aims to eliminate this fear of technology in us, as a gateway to technology understanding and mastery," he added.
Mr. Uwaje argued that though it is possible for Nations to leapfrog technologically, but that Nanotechnology has posed a second level challenge that requires accelerated/intensive Research, Design and Development (RD&D) Response, due to the fact that, in this knowledge race, no Nation will wait for the other.
