In a ‘state’ of nanotechnology, CMU joining the patent club

Abstract:
"CMU is at the early stage of trying to get patents. CMU has only had one patent issued, with six or seven patents pending. The ORSP is working on commercializing several of the pending patents," Hageman said.

"CMU is just at the point of trying to license some of its newly acquired patents and other intellectual property to various companies — no deals yet completed," Hageman said.
