Patenting Nanotechnology Topic of Lecture
Abstract:
The virtues and difficulties of patenting nanotechnologies will be the topic of a lecture at UC Davis by one of the nation's leading scholars on intellectual property. Mark Lemley, the William H. Neukom Professor of Law at Stanford Law School and director of its Program in Law, Science and Technology, will speak as part of the UC Davis School of Law's series on Law in the Information Age.
