Youngsters explore future in nanotechnology

Abstract:
Annie Cheung was one of 24 high school and college students who gathered Saturday morning at the San Jose offices of Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) for a reunion of graduates of "High Tech U," a camp started by semiconductor companies to encourage students from underserved communities to pursue careers in science and technology.
