Abstract:
The Developer Edition is aimed at rapidly growing nanotechnology and the next-generation "in silico" biotech companies.
GeneSynthetic today released GeneSynthetic 2.2 Developer Edition for the Windows PCs. The Developer Edition is aimed at rapidly growing nanotechnology and the next-generation "in silico" biotech companies who need to be in frontline and apply advanced modeling and prototyping approaches that GeneSynthetic opens up in personal use.
GeneSynthetc 2.2 Developer Edition includes full access to the "Engines of Creation" algorithmic engines toolkit, and its re-engineered menus and documentation now make it easier also for the novice users to jump into the "personal biotech lab on a computer" revolution.
New pricing scheme starting at $395 allows now students and individual researchers get hands on experience on discovering "in silico" biotechnology tools, too.
GeneSynthetic 2.2 features a rich library of engines that make it the perfect personal work-horse for the nanotech/biotech engineer. The engines operate on RNA/DNA and Protein Sequences simulating Liquid Lab procedures on a computer. GeneSynthetic's unique software solution opens up new potentials for the biotech and nanotechnology companies to prototype powerful models not possible "in vitro/vivo" due too complex physical procedures needed to perform the tasks.
GeneSynthetic 2.2 revolutionizes genomics with easy-to-use and personal tools that supply engines for transcription and translation, insertions and deletions, repeats, loops, fusions, ligases, ligand pattern matching, codon usage and nucleotide analysis, targeted mutagenesis on custom regions through domain locking, amino-acid substitution, domain swaps, conditional splicing, custom ribosomes and protein optimization.
The mutation engines reveal brownian, gaussian and white noise, filtering, morphing and fourier analysis/resynthesis for the nanoengineer. Sequential Toolbox and Quantum Explorer engine packages progress into "Food for Thought" direction and focus on Lego-Block Protein Assembler, Autocatalytic RNA/Protein Soups, and mathematical nonlinear, fractal and number theoretical sequence engines.
GeneSynthetic 2.2 also implements 3-dimensional viewing engines to program custom visualizations of the data. New Free Data Mapping Technology (FDM) mark a breaktrough while making it now possible to apply GeneSynthetic's engines to assemble natural-like fractal, nonlinear, chaotic, and number-theoretical molecular and protein structures for searching new bio and nanomaterials in cosmetic, fabric and drug industries.
GeneSynthetic's programming environment is free for personal expansion by the user. The program ships with integrated Lisp language, and uses hyperlinked documentation system for quick data-access. New engines and documents are easily added by the user, and they can be distributed to other users as plug-ins.
