Nantero named by Scientific American as a Business Leader within the "Scientific American 50"
Shareholders of Harris & Harris Group, Inc., may be
interested to know that Nantero, Inc., has been
named by Scientific American magazine as a Business Leader within
the "Scientific American 50" -- the magazine's annual list
recognizing outstanding acts of leadership in science and technology
from the past year. Nantero has been named Business Leader in the
Nanotechnology and Molecular Electronics category because of work
over the last year in developing nonvolatile random access memory
using nanotechnology and becoming the first company to use carbon
nanotubes in a mass production semiconductor fab. The December
issue of Scientific American, in which this list appears, will be on
the newsstands on November 23, 2004. The complete list may also be

privately held Nantero, Inc. Nantero is a nanotechnology company
using carbon nanotubes for the development of next-generation
semiconductor devices. Nantero's main focus is the development
of NRAMTM a high density nonvolatile random access storage
device.
