Engineers Win £1.4 Million for Nanotechnology from the DTI
Abstract:
Researchers at the University of Birmingham's School of Engineering have won £1.4 million funding from the Department of Trade and Industry for research into Nanotechnology for a collaborative project with industry to develop a new generation of micro Rheometers to help characterise and develop liquid based products.
This award is part of the government's latest round of funding into nanotechnology totalling £15 million.
