Nanotechnology Priorities
Abstract:
First thing, of course, is don’t make things worse. Current concerns about environmental dangers and health risks are valid and must be evaluated seriously. Less immediate, but even more grave, are concerns of the type raised by CRN, including societal disruption from a transformed economy, pervasive and invasive surveillance, and a potentially unstable new arms race that could lead to disaster.
