Abstract:
Thomas Swain Nano Instruments, of Swainby, Northallerton, has won funding for its work in nanotechnology - the use of miniaturised science working at a molecular level. The firm has been supported in its £1.4m Nanoelectronics Production project for wafer scale carbon nanotubes and nanowires.
