Olympus, Shimadzu Co-develop Ultra-high Powered 3D-Measuring Microscope
Abstract:
Leading Japanese precision equipment manufacturer Olympus announced on August 30 that it has developed ultra-high powered 3D-measuring microscope "Nanosearch Microscope LEXT in collaboration with Shimadzu Corporation. Integrating Olympus' laser scanning microscope and Shimadzu's scanning probe microscope, the latest product enables super-wide range observation and measurement, from millimeters to nanometers.
