Lawmakers study BSU's tech efforts
Abstract:
State lawmakers this week looked to Ball State University's digital media and nanotechnology efforts to create jobs in the growing information technology field. Given the state's budget deficit, however, Sen. David Ford, R-Hartford City, chairman of the interim study committee on technology issue, said it was impossible to say what money might be available ion 2005-06 for high tech initiatives.
