Thanks to advances in nanotechnology, organic electronics and wireless, electronic textiles are almost ready to wear. In the future, we'll all dress smartly. Well, sort of. Advances in electronic textiles promise evening wear that changes color based on mood, undershirts that dispense medicine, and wirelessly-enabled coats that forecast the weather.
