ONAMI research draws $1.3M grant
Abstract:
Researchers affiliated with the Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Institute have been awarded a $1.3 million, four-year grant from the National Science Foundation to develop a biological process for producing nanostructured semiconductor materials using single-celled marine organisms called diatoms.
