Abstract:
Applied NanoWorks Inc. has created nanoparticles of five materials and is setting its sights on potential clients in the semiconductor industry. Four of those products, unveiled this week, are nano-abrasives made of aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, cerium dioxide and zirconium dioxide. "These four materials are our major entry," said Eric Burnett, president and CEO of year-old Applied NanoWorks in Watervliet.
