CopyTele Enters Into Arrangement For Nanotube Based Displays
Abstract:
CopyTele, Inc. announced that it has entered into an arrangement for a U.S. company to supply to CopyTele prototypes of a proprietary array of low voltage controllable nanotubes for electron emission. CopyTele will utilize the nanotube system in a version of our high brightness video color flat panel display; as recently announced, we and an Asian company are jointly producing prototypes of these displays using our proprietary thin film technology (TFT) color matrix pixel structure.
