Dresden possible site of nanoelectronic research center
Abstract:
The German government and local industry are in advanced talks about launching a new nanoelectronic research center in Dresden, Germany. "We are in talks with several companies and organizations in the semiconductor sector about establishing a nano research center in Dresden, where a cluster of semiconductor companies already exists," a spokesman from the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research said Monday.
