Biotech Summit in San Francisco
Abstract:
Nine years ago the biotechnology industry was represented by just 2, 700 people who huddled in a single San Francisco hotel for the annual conclave of the industry's fledgling trade association. The field has morphed and merged with other disciplines like information technology and nanotechnology. Researchers are now using DNA as molecular-scale tweezers or as components of what may become the next generation of faster computers.
