Forum to focus on state's work force, economy

Abstract:
When Joe Hegge considers the future of Wisconsin's economy, he thinks small - real small. He thinks molecular. Hegge, who is vice president of education at Chippewa Valley Technical College, sees positive possibilities for nanotechnology - which deals with such things as electronic circuits and mechanical devices much smaller than a hair's width.
