DNA computer could target cancer
Abstract:
Researchers at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel have made a DNA computer that can detect the presence of diagnostic markers for cancer and release a suitable cancer treatment molecule. So far, the molecular computer has only been trialled in test tubes, but ultimately it could find a use inside the body. (more on earlier article)
