ImaRx Therapeutics Completes $5,000,000 Private Placement
Abstract:
ImaRx Therapeutics, Inc. announced today that it closed a private placement with First Montauk Securities Corp., a registered broker dealer, through the issuance of 2,500,000 shares of its Common Stock. The proceeds of this transaction will be used to advance an exciting new paradigm, termed NanoInvasive(TM) surgery, which combines imaging, nano-particles, and externally-applied energy to perform therapeutic procedures.
