Staples student knows value of asking questions

Abstract:
Originally, Hanwen Yan was interested in DNA nano-computing. That would have involved using the ability of DNA to be turned on or off, as a computer. However, there were no advanced research papers on it, so he decided to do work with DNA nanomachines. The word "nano" means "very, very tiny." They're called "machines" because these strands of DNA are specifically designed to do certain things.
